Our Client originally established to address an absence of technical & logistical capabilities in the testing space. They offer a broad spectrum of specialist IT services to a range of multi-tier clients.The successful candidate for this role should have the following skill set.

About You

You will be tasked with solving critical software automation and verification problems in a distributed systems environment. Working with developers and QA teams you will become an expert in system-wide automation infrastructure. As a team member you will be responsible for:

  • Designing, developing and enhancing the automation frameworks used by the Product testing and development teams
  • Collaborating closely with Product stakeholders in creating the automation infrastructure to replicate real world scenarios
  • Reviewing product & system design requirements to come up with efficient automation frameworks or libraries

MANDATORY SKILLS

  • Min 5+ years development experience working with Java.
  • Experience working in an Agile (Scrum, TDD, BDD) & Continuous Integration or Delivery environment
  • Exposure working with AWS or GCP environment
  • Software development using Agile and DevOps with tools such as Jenkins, Team City, Hudson etc
  • Design and implementation of REST services
  • Experience with Atlassian tools and their application to Agile environments
  • Testing experience, front end, back end, integration and end to end
  • Detailed knowledge of data structures and algorithms

DESIRABLE SKILLS

  • Hands-on exposure with Golang
  • Hands-on exposure working with Kubernetes
  • Strong experience in digital / digitisation projects
  • Equally adept at conversing with Mobile and Web Teams (i.e. has mobile and web knowledge)
  • Scaled Agile (SAFE) and/or Agile SDLC - enjoy high pace team environment with strong, self-driven, SDLC disciplines
